1. Who we are

This website, skylinedesignusa.com (the “Site”), is operated by Voolcan USA Corp. (“Skyline Design,” “we,” “us”), with offices at 4940 NW 167 ST, Miami, FL 33014, United States. For any privacy matter, you can reach us at sales@skylinedesignusa.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, city, country, company activity, and the content of your message.
  • Technical data: as with most websites, our server processes data strictly needed to deliver the Site (such as IP address and browser type) in standard server logs.
  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your email address (and name, if provided) to send you our newsletter.
  • Analytics and advertising: where you consent through our cookie banner, we collect usage data (pages viewed, time on Site, traffic source) and advertising identifiers through cookies — see Section 9 and our Cookie Policy for details.

As the Site evolves, we plan to introduce analytics (Google Analytics), a newsletter (via Brevo and Constant Contact), and interest-based advertising (Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads). This policy already reflects those plans.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

  • respond to your enquiry, manage our business relationship with you, and comply with applicable legal obligations;
  • send you newsletter communications about SKLD/Skyline Design news, collections, and events, where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time;
  • understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content and performance, using Google Analytics;
  • with your consent, show you relevant advertising about our products on other websites and platforms, and measure the performance of our marketing campaigns, using Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads;

We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain advertising activities described above may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some US state privacy laws; see Section 6 for how to opt out.

4. How we share it

Your information is shared only with:

  • service providers that make the Site and our communications work: web hosting, email, Brevo and Constant Contact (newsletter), Google Analytics (analytics), and Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads (advertising);
  • as part of the Voolcan Group, our team in the United States or in Spain, who may handle your enquiry;
  • authorities or third parties where required by law.

We do not share your information with hCaptcha or any other anti-spam service, as the Site no longer uses third-party anti-spam tools.

5. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing business relationship. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics and advertising cookie data is kept for the periods described in our Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to sales@skylinedesignusa.com. If you are a California resident, you may additionally exercise the rights granted by California law (including the right to know, delete, and correct, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising them) through the same address or via our cookie preference settings. We honor all verified requests.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS).

8. Children

The Site is a business-to-business showcase and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Our Site uses functional cookies, and, where you consent through our cookie banner, analytics and advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details and to manage your preferences at any time.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page with its revision date.
